Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, which allows us enough time to offer your appointment to other clients. If you do not provide 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $80 fee. Non-attendance and less than 4 hours notice is charged at the FULL RATE of a session. Medicare and private health fund rebates do not apply for late cancellation or non-attendance fees.
